An Innovative cuisine with distinct flavours that combines both textures and culinary techniques, encircled by an atmospheric interior design to recreates the idyllic setting to experience Peruvian cuisine.
Under the supervision of Head Chef Gabriel Huamán, trained at the Escuela Superior de Hostelería Bilbao, WAMAN is run by a team of dedicated young chefs and front-of-house staff to develop a palette of aromas and flavours that synthesises Peruvian gastronomy.
