Martín Berasategui Olazábal is a famous Basque chef and owner of an eponymous restaurant in Lasarte, Spain. He holds ten Michelin stars in total, more than any other Spanish chef.
To many they made their mouth water knowing that Martin Berasategui (10 Michelin stars) would disembark in the Old Part of Bilbao as responsible for the fires of the new hotel Tayko. The gastronomic restaurant Ola occupies the first floor of the hotel, and the Gastrobar Patri is at street level.
At the head of the kitchen, Raúl Cabrera (a.k.a Pintxo), who has been the executor arm of Martín in other openings such as the Guggenheim with Josean Alija, the Kursaal or the cooking school of the Silken hotels. Without a doubt a guarantee.
