Located in one of the sides of the prestigious Carlton Hotel, the Chef Eduardo Díez Ereño and his team present a new concept of Traditional food.

They believe and persue seasonal food, with fresh products and without leaving aside the avant-garde trends.

Their roasted lobster with vanilla butter and their beans with parmesan cheese are a clear example of the dishes they cook.

From Monday to Friday during lunch time, the Artagan Restaurant also offers a daily menu service.
