Maticas Decoration

In July 2012 Maticas Decoration – without a doubt one of the most beautiful shops in Bilbao – was born, the result of a dream shared by two sisters. It is located very close to Deusto University on the Avenida de las Universidades and right in front of the Guggenheim Museum.

Maticas is supported by a renowned family business that began in the 70’s, but evolution has brought it to this new location: a roomy, industrial-style space with stone and brick walls and tiled floors – very cool and very New York.

In addition to the space, everything in the interior is spectacular: a selection of original pieces from fairs all over Europe, vintage furniture, unique pieces, textiles and painted papers from original brands such as Designers Guild, Élitis, Harlequin, Casamance, Tres Tintas.
