La cocina de Aitxu
Born and raised in Vizcaya, Aitana, alias “Aitxu”, wanted to make a mark for herself beyond her Masterchef cooking competition.
Having become one of the finalists on the popular RTVE programme, Aitxu‘s tortillas, which is coincidentally the nickname she received and ended up keeping forever, took form hold in Bilbao.
