Aitana, known as “Aitxu” and a native of Biscay, wanted to leave a part of herself behind after her journey through the MasterChef kitchens.

After becoming one of the finalists on the well-known RTVE show, Aitxu’s tortillas—nicknamed that way during the program, and the name stuck—have now found a home in Bilbao.

But that’s not all! A wide variety of handcrafted dishes with a modern twist have also been added to the menu.
