Its two rooms allow you to practice: Bikram Yoga, in a room equipped with a carefully designed heating system, and traditional Yoga without heat, in another room.

The Practices

Vinyasa: A style of yoga where the practitioner flows and evolves with the rhythm of the breath, creating a specific movement with each inhalation and exhalation.

Yin Yoga: This practice focuses on relaxation and stretching. It helps us improve physically, mentally, and emotionally.

Iyengar: The main goal is to align the postures correctly using various props or accessories.

Bikram: Practiced at 40°C (104°F) and 40% humidity, simulating the climatic conditions of Calcutta. The body becomes more flexible, increasing the range of motion and reducing the risk of injury.

Restorative Alignment: Provides the knowledge to relax the body through gravity and natural breathing, focusing on postures that mobilize the spine and joints.

Yoga Kids: Yoga for children provides tools to help them become happy and feel more harmonious with themselves, boosting self-esteem and confidence. For children aged 7 and up.

Therapeutic Yoga: Aims to improve, alleviate, or heal certain muscular ailments. It seeks physical, mental, and emotional recovery, renewing energy.

Mindfulness: Mindfulness training is key to mental, physical, and emotional well-being. Through Meditation, Chi-kung, and conscious movement, stress levels can be reduced, bringing calm and serenity.

Yoga for Adults: Yoga for older adults is a tool to help them work on body coordination, muscles, joints, and ligaments with low impact, while also helping to focus the mind.
