El Txakoli at El Paladar is the most informal space within the Puente Colgante Boutique Hotel.

It represents the foundation, the roots, and the purest essence of El Paladar by Zuriñe García.

A tribute to tradition that preserves the recipes of our amumas (grandmothers). A celebration of lifelong homemade food, where warmth, the joy of pleasing, and an almost sacred respect for the ingredients—especially those from our land—take center stage.

It’s a living testament to the old-style family eateries, where recipes were passed down from generation to generation, and bread was always ready to soak up every last bit from the plate.
