Zuriñe García leads El Paladar, the gastronomic restaurant of the Puente Colgante Boutique Hotel.
She is one of the few female chefs in haute cuisine who has managed a Michelin-starred restaurant and was awarded Best Restaurateur by the Basque Gastronomy Academy in 2018.
She offers a culinary experience that is deeply rooted in respect and care for high-quality ingredients.
