Brämar was born from the union of a barista with years of training and a pastry chef passionate about cooking.
The name Brämar combines their surnames, Bräutigam and Martínez. Both perfectionists and dedicated professionals, they realized they could combine their talents to create a new project in Bilbao. As a married couple, they have been managing Café Teatro La Perla in Astrabudua for 12 years, which has been the driving force behind this new adventure. They were drawn to Bilbao for its dynamism and tourism, and after several attempts, they found the perfect venue: spacious, modern, and welcoming.
Their goal is to offer customers personalized service and a memorable experience. They have carefully selected a team trained to provide warmth and professionalism.
Brämar’s kitchen stands out for its wide selection of breakfasts and homemade pastries.
The menu includes drinks, toasts, bowls, salads, smoothies, and cheesecakes, ensuring that every choice is a delight.
Specialty Coffee
Their specialty coffee, made with 100% Arabica beans from Burundi and Colombia, is certified by the Specialty Coffee Association (SCA), guaranteeing top-quality flavor.
Small Plates & Snacks
From Thursday to Sunday, they also offer a selection of small plates and snacks, including nachos, gratin potatoes, and sandwiches, to complete their culinary offering.
