With extensive experience and training in well-known restaurants such as Santa Compaña and Coppola, Diego offers his customers a wide variety of rice dishes, both creamy and dry, as well as traditional recipes like esgarraet: salted cod strips with oven-roasted red pepper—a true culinary delight.
