After many efforts and more than a few setbacks, Kokken Restaurant turned a dream into reality: bringing together people who care about great food, design, and art, and creating a truly unique space. With natural wood as a hallmark both inside and out, the restaurant blends Nordic elegance with everyday comfort, inviting you to step inside and enjoy.
Kokken is located next to Bilbao’s City Hall, just a short walk from the Old Town. Its cuisine is based on simple dishes prepared using highly refined techniques.
A different kind of culinary proposal, where haute cuisine meets top-quality ingredients carefully selected from the local area.
The menu changes every 10–15 days and includes tasting menus of 5, 7, or 9 courses. A full vegan tasting menu is also available for those who prefer it. View the menu
There are no fixed meal times—Kokken offers all-day dining so you can enjoy their food whenever it suits you.
