This restaurant opened its doors nearly 40 years ago. Since then, countless stories have unfolded within its walls. Now run by the third generation, El Abando has been completely renovated to adapt to modern times—putting a comma in its long history, and leaving the door open to everything yet to come.

Today, you can enjoy the traditional dishes along with new additions to the menu, as well as two tasting menus crafted in-house.

Their pintxos continue to surprise, and in the afternoon, their freshly made toasts are not to be missed. The wine cellar is extensive, featuring bottles from a wide range of regions, and their cocktails are the perfect way to end any visit.
