We haven’t come to invent anything new, but to remember why the hamburger became an icon. In a world saturated with artifices, an excess of ingredients, and gastronomic “postureo,” we’ve decided to take a step back and return to the origin.
Inspiration with History
Our identity is born from a technique rescued from 1950s New York, a golden era when honesty on the plate was the norm. Back then, the hamburger didn’t need frills to succeed; it only needed quality, fire, and precision. That’s the heritage we bring into the present: an ode to a time when flavor spoke louder than decoration.
Rejecting “Gourmet”
We consciously shy away from the “gourmet” label, which often disguises a lack of essence with unnecessary embellishments. At MONO, we commit to the simple burger in pursuit of sublimity. We firmly believe that achieving perfection with the just and necessary ingredients is the greatest challenge—and our reason for being.
Our Philosophy of Life
This minimalism doesn’t stay only in the kitchen; it’s the axis around which our entire universe revolves. From the design of our spaces to the music you hear, everything follows the same maxim: less is more. If something doesn’t add value to the flavor or the experience, it simply has no place here.
MONO: No embellishments. No distractions. Just the perfect hamburger.
