In the morning, enjoy breakfast, a variety of pintxos and their famous vermouth. By night, it becomes the rum temple in Bilbao, where you can try some of the best mixed drinks in the city. La Compañía del Ron welcomes a mostly 30 to 50-year-old crowd.
It stands out for its extraordinary collection of rum bottles, including Havana, Barceló, Capitán Morgan… and many lesser-known labels, like the local Basque rum.
