Cookies & Bites is a take-away bakery in Bilbao specializing in New York-style cookies, brownies, and handmade alfajores.

It was born from the enthusiasm of four Argentine entrepreneurs who spotted a gap in the city: a modern, visual concept focused on the product, with high-quality recipes and authentic flavor.

Its concept combines its own bakery workshop, an open kitchen, and a fast, friendly experience. Each product is handmade, using top-quality ingredients and avoiding artificial, industrial flavors, to create irresistible cookies: crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, and filled with unique flavors.

Its main shop, next to the bakery workshop, is located at 2 Gordoniz Kalea (Indautxu), one of the busiest areas in Bilbao. They also have a second shop in the Old Town, where they bake daily to always offer freshly made products.

Behind every recipe is Vicky Kobaru, the creative force behind the bakery workshop, whose passion for pastry-making can be seen in every detail. Cookies & Bites has therefore become a must-visit stop in Bilbao for locals and tourists looking to try the best cookies in the city.
