Itxas Bide is a restaurant located in the heart of the iconic Deusto neighborhood in Bilbao.

With over 60 years of history, this place holds some of the best memories for many people from Bilbao.

Now, you can also find Itxas Bide in Santutxu, at Músico Arambarri 2.

In 2018, we took over Itxas Bide with the goal of taking burgers to the next level.

While preserving the essence and respecting the history of this legendary spot, we modernized the menu and adapted it to our vision, applying everything we learned during our time at La Escuela Superior de Hostelería de Bilbao and our experience working in various restaurants across Bilbao.

Our Specialty: Burgers & Pairing

Our beef comes from local cows aged between 8 and 10 years, which we dry-age for 40 to 60 days, achieving an explosion of flavors in every bite.

Our signature bread, crafted in a local bakery, is designed to perfectly support each burger’s ingredients while enhancing the flavors with a hint of toasted butter.

All the ingredients and sauces that accompany our burgers and appetizers are homemade, prepared with great care.
