OSATOKI

La Estación del Norte collaborates with the company Osatoki Salud, www.osatoki.es, in order to offer activities, workshops and talks on health and wellness.

We want to take care of you, so our proposal is wide and we are sure that you can find an activity of your interest. In Osatoki we believe in Conscious Health and in the active role that each of us play in our wellbeing.

We offer deep and quality content, small groups and activities that combine physical and emotional wellbeing because we understand that body and mind are an inseparable binomial.

WOMEN

From Osatoki we tackle health issues with a gender perspective. In addition to offering hypopressives, for women we have designed an annual emotional intelligence workshop, and specific workshops-talks on biopsycho-emotional issues. ENTER OUR WEBSITE TO SEE CONTENTS, DATES, PRICES AND SCHEDULES!

ADULTS

For adults in general, we give informative talks about nutrition and have developed a workshop on stress management techniques.

In addition, we propose activities such as therapeutic yoga, pilates, chi-kung, mindfulness and meditation.

KIDS

For the little ones we organize healthy children’s camps during holiday seasons. In these camps we work, through games, creative expression and stories, emotional management.

The physical component is approached by practicing yoga, and we prepare delicious and healthy dishes for playtime.

Throughout the year we have reserved a space of creative Mindfulness and children’s yoga, so that our sons and daughters learn to work attention little by little.
