The studio’s philosophy is clear: wellness as a global process, not a collection of isolated services. That’s why their approach combines functional training and mobility, physical recovery, and aesthetic care to create a coherent and personalised experience.

The Fitness area offers strength and mobility programmes as well as bespoke sessions; the Health area includes physiotherapy, nutrition, and recovery techniques; and the Beauty & Spa space completes the experience with facial and body treatments designed to relax, renew, and rebalance.

Behind this concept is a multidisciplinary team: Fabiana Vega (personal trainer), Beatriz Campón (physiotherapist), Jon Nogal (reformer Pilates), Lucía Martínez-Olague (nutritionist), and Javier Sanz (physiotherapist), all committed to guiding clients on a sustainable journey toward wellbeing.

The studio also organises special events —such as yoga sessions— and features a boutique area offering carefully selected skincare products to extend the experience at home.
