At Licenciado Poza 45 (with an additional entrance on Particular de Indautxu), ALBOROTO has arrived—a restaurant that breaks away from the ordinary: more than 100 dishes designed to enjoy, share, and repeat.

Our menu is a journey through flavors from here and beyond: Venezuelan tequeños, nachos with homemade guacamole, Asian baos, fresh salads, artisanal pizzas, sushi, juicy burgers, perfectly cooked fish, and meats. Every dish is prepared to order, using quality ingredients and that cheeky twist that defines us.

And if you’re someone who never skips dessert, get ready: waffle with Nutella and ice cream, cheesecake with red berries, Lotus biscuit tiramisu, and a refreshing key lime pie.
